All tuition, program fees, and recurring charges are non-refundable once a billing period or program has begun. Enrollment secures a student’s reserved spot, instructor time, and facility access. Missed classes, holidays, scheduled closures, or partial attendance do not qualify for refunds.

Monthly tuition is billed in advance. To avoid future charges, written cancellation notice must be provided at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing date. No refunds or prorated refunds are issued after a billing cycle begins.

After-school and structured program fees are non-refundable once the program period begins. Withdrawal prior to a program start date may be refunded at the Academy’s discretion, minus any administrative fees.

Payments made using Arkansas Education Freedom Account (EFA) funds are subject to final approval by the Arkansas Department of Education. Any amount not covered or denied by EFA funding is the responsibility of the family. Approved refunds for EFA payments will be processed through ClassWallet only.

No refunds will be issued for dismissals due to disciplinary issues, safety concerns, or violation of academy policies.
